To begin receiving tutoring services through our application: 1) Set up a user account as a student. 2) Search for a tutor. You can do this by searching for a keyword e.g. "Java" or browsing through categories. 3) Schedule a lesson. Check the schedule of the tutor you have selected and send a "request for lesson" message. In it you will specify the date, time and conditions for the lesson. 4) Check the price offered by the tutor and make payment to book the lesson.
You pay for a lesson at the time of booking. You may also deposit funds into your balance earlier to reserve for future bookings. You will always pay in advance, but a tutor will only receive funds upon completion of a lesson. In the event your tutor does not show up for a scheduled lesson, you will not be charged.
Send a private message to the student from the lead details page. You will receive notification when your student responds. All messages sent between you and your student will appear in your mailbox.
